Architecture review, code audit, and second opinions
Internal teams are often too close to a system to see its trade-offs. We come in for a defined window, read the code carefully, talk to the engineers, and produce a written report — what is working, what is at risk, and what we would change first. We do not poach engineers, sell follow-on work, or recommend rewrites that benefit only us.
Architecture review
A 1 to 2 week deep-read of the system: data model, API surface, deployment, monitoring, and the team conventions that hold it together.
Code audit
Security, performance, and maintainability audit of a defined scope — typically the AI integration layer, the auth surface, or a critical bottleneck.
AI advisory retainer
Monthly retainer (4 to 12 hours) for engineering leads who need an outside expert on tap when AI architecture questions come up.
When to engage
You are about to commit budget to a major architectural change, or a critical system has been giving the team unexplained trouble for weeks.
Format
Asynchronous code reading + 2 to 4 calls with the team. Final deliverable is a written report; verbal debrief on request.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA before any code is shared. Reports are not shared outside your organization without written consent.

Architecture review: starting at ₱120,000. Code audits and retainers quoted per scope.
Output
Written report (typically 15 to 30 pages), prioritized findings, recommended next actions, and a 1-hour debrief call. No PowerPoint slides — engineers do not read them.
